Return/Exchange Policies

We do not offer refunds on returns. All sales are final. We will exchange and/or repair any defective product within 7-14 business days from the date we receive your package, this however must be within 30 days from your date of purchase.

Please follow these directions to return by mail:

  1. Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees.

  2. Please do not return items with COD. Any charges incurred by us for COD shipments will result in your package being held until these fees are recovered. To avoid this, please check mark the box on your waybill that states that you will pay any charges.

  3. Ship items to:

  4. Be sure to include the RMA form with your sales invoice that you received with your package, failiure to do so can result in severe delays as we will not be able to process the return without necessary paperwork.
