With the introduction of DishPro technology this switch replaced the SW64 switch. It employs 22 KHz tone bursts whereas the earlier SW64 switch relied on DC voltage. This switch is capable of capturing signals from three of Dish Network's orbital slots and feeding those signals to four individual tuners but it can also be cascaded with other DP34 switches and feed up to 12 individual tuners. It's really an awesome piece of equipment. |
